We were approached by a client in Tatsfield to undertake the design for the conversion of an attached disused garage to a single storey house to form an art studio, to be linked to the main body of the house. A new pitched roof to the rear was designed to bear onto new internal structural walls. A new front porch has also been included, again with a pitched roof, along with various internal works to the living and bathroom areas.
Bliss Interiors also sought Planning permission which was granted under Permitted Development. Tender documents were prepared and tenders received. A Building Regulation application was also lodged.
Works are proceeding well and are not far off finishing......
